Each pendant is individually crafted which means that all of our orders are made-to-order.
Once your order has been placed, please expect 12-15 days for your order to be created and shipped (please note that this time-frame may vary during busy seasons). We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

4. do you offer a WARRANTY ?
All orders placed through this website are covered by our 12 month warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. If your pendant is damaged or broken, we will replace it for free. The warranty does not cover water damage, alteration of color (such as changes to the plating) scratches or dents, or normal wear and tear.

Yes. Each order includes the matching chain of your choice: Chunky or Catena chain. We offer the following options for you to choose from:
