1. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ?

Yes. 

For International shipping, we offer the following options:

1) First-class package - FREE - (14 - 16 days for delivery)
2) Priority mail international - $33 / per order - (6 - 10 days for delivery)


2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE CREATED ?

 

All of our orders are custom made in Los Angeles and each pendant is individually crafted.
For this reason, please expect 12 - 14 days for your order to be created and shipped.

(This time-frame may vary during busy seasons. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders).

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.


3. WHICH MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

 

We use only the highest quality materials and metals (such as fully certified 14K, 18K Gold and & Sterling silver) to produce unique statement pieces.


4. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ?

 

All orders placed through this website are covered by a Lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects that are present upon receipt of your items. If your pendant arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it for free.

The warranty does not cover water damage, alteration of color (such as changes to the plating) scratches or dents, or normal wear and tear.


5. IS A CHAIN INCLUDED WITH MY PENDANT ?

 

Yes. Each pendant comes with the matching chain of your choice. Click here to see our styles.


6. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?

7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

 

All orders placed through this website are considered custom orders. For this reason, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at contact@ndmbrand.com and you will be offered a store credit.
